It all started in Little Rock... Charlie was there for JMATS & I was managing Orange theory Fitness.. One night, my friends and I went to Four Quarter (a bar in NLR)... 3 guys with mustaches walk into the bar and one of them asks if they can be our friends. Charlie and I hit it off so well, I texted him the next morning and said "I can't believe I met my future husband last night"...

... it must've worked because he still invited me to the pool the next day ;)

Charlie moved to Abilene, TX for his first assignment. We continued talking every day, but didn't really have any expectations for a relationship. He invited me to meet him and his friends in Austin for a weekend trip. I went, and on day 2 of the trip we decided to officially become boyfriend/girlfriend.. Long distance it is...

I continued to live in Little Rock while Charlie went back to Abilene. We did long distance for the first year of our relationship. In this photo, he was visiting my tiny one-bedroom apartment.

We made it a point to see each other almost every month, and FaceTimed quite often. In this photo, he met me in Little Rock and we flew to Fort Lauderdale where my Aunt Diane & her husband, Danny, and my cousins Grace (maid of honor) and Connor.
